Who We Are

Willametro IT Solutions LLC is a Salem-based technology company specializing in security camera installation, ethernet wiring, office networking, and full-service IT support for small businesses. Founded by Jacob Powell, Willametro was built around one idea: small businesses deserve the same quality of technology infrastructure as large enterprises — without the enterprise price tag or the runaround.

We take a ground-up approach to business technology. That means we can start from the very first cable pull in a new building and stay with you all the way through managed IT, cybersecurity, and web presence. Whether you're setting up your first office or overhauling an aging network, we build it right the first time.

What Sets Us Apart

Most IT companies either do low voltage physical work or they do software and managed services — rarely both. Willametro bridges that gap. As an Oregon LE-B licensed contractor, we professionally handle security camera installation, ethernet and data cabling, access control systems, and AV installs — then layer IT services, networking, and support on top of it.

This means one point of contact, one company that understands your entire system — from the wire in the wall to the applications running on your computers.

We work closely with two affiliated companies to offer clients a more complete service package:

Andrade Construction LLC — General construction and contracting services. Partnering with Andrade allows us to coordinate low voltage rough-in during active construction phases, reducing cost and rework for clients doing new builds or major renovations.

Flawless Web LLC — Professional web design and development. When our clients need a website, e-commerce store, or web application, Flawless Web delivers the development work while we handle the underlying hosting, DNS, and technical infrastructure.
